The All-In recognition program is a tool for employees and partners to recognize each other for behaviors and results that align with the firm’s values.

- Recognition can be social (post on the newsfeed) or points-based (post on newsfeed and employee receives points that can be redeemed for merchandise, gift cards, experiences, or donated to charity).
- Each point is worth $.01 (500 points = $5).
- Managers and above receive 3,000 points/month ($30) to reward teams.
- Employees also receive points for milestone service anniversaries (increments of five years). If an employee elects to share their birthday and/or service anniversary, a notification will be sent to teammates in advance of the date to sign their card.
- Eligibility
- To give and receive social recognition: Everyone except third party contractors.
- To award points: Managers and above can award points to everyone except partners, interns, temporary employees, and third-party contractors.
