1. When is a new hire’s account activated?
Employees will receive an email to activate their accounts the Wednesday following their hire date.
2. How much are points worth?
Each point is worth $.01 (500 points = $5).
3. Why wasn’t I notified about my employee’s birthday or service anniversary?
Employee didn’t opt-in to sharing birthday and/or anniversary on the All-In platform. These are optional fields that we allow employees to not share.
4. How are point redemptions taxed?
Moss Adams grosses up the All-In redemptions and pays the tax as a firm, so you won’t have to pay taxes on it yourself.
5. What type of recognition is excluded from the program?
- Recognition should be related to work performance or office events.
- Life events (i.e. having a baby, wedding, promotion, etc.) shouldn’t be recognized through All-In, given the public nature of the newsfeed.
6.What’s the difference between social and points-based recognition?
The goal is to recognize the journey and reward the outcome.
