We're pleased you've joined our firm and are excited to fill you in on the details of our extensive benefit offerings. Our benefits overview describes the various choices we offer and where to access more information.
- Effective Date: Benefits are effective the first day of the calendar month on or following your date of hire. If you’re hired on the first day of the month, your benefits begin on your first day of work. If you’re hired on any other day, your benefits will begin on the first day of the upcoming month.
- How to Enroll?
- You will receive a welcome email within two weeks of your start date. Once you receive this email, you can complete your online enrollment through MA Connect by clicking on the MA Benefits link. Wait till you receive this email, you would not be able to access your enrollment portal before receiving this email.
- If you have questions about your benefits enrollment, call TRI-AD at (844) 292-1793 or MAbenefits@tri-ad.com. Your benefit summary will be viewable once you have completed your enrollment. If you find any discrepancies, please contact TRI-AD immediately.
- Remember to check your first paystub at MA Connect after your benefits become effective to make sure premiums are being deducted correctly.

As a new hire, you have 30 days to enroll or waive coverage, or you will be enrolled automatically. Your benefit elections will be effective until December 31, 2025.
Following our combination with Baker Tilly our benefit plans will transition to a calendar plan year from January 1 – December 31, 2026.
