Dental
Moss Adams dental coverage is provided through Delta Dental. The dental plan covers the following, but please refer to the Delta Dental Plan Summary for more specific details:
- Our dental plan pays 100% or 80% of the contracted or usual cost for routine and preventive care (depending on whether you visit a Delta Dental PPO dentist, a Delta Dental Premier dentist, or a nonparticipating dentist).
- Major services, such as bridges, dentures, and orthodontia, are paid at 50%.
Vision
Our VSP vision plan covers the following. The Vision Summary provides more detail.
- $10 co-payment for a well-vision exam with a VSP provider every 12 months
- Coverage for prescription glasses or contacts every 12 months, with your choice of either:
- $175 allowance for frames ($195 featured frame brands allowance) or
- $175 allowance for contacts
- $250 allowance per eye for Lasik or PRK
- Lightcare: $175 allowance for ready-made non-prescription sunglasses instead of prescription glasses or contacts
