If you’re having trouble accessing the benefits website, review the information below.
Did you receive the welcome email from TRI-AD?
- You will receive a welcome email directly from TRI-AD (our benefits administrator) within one week of your start date to enroll in benefits.
- If you started less than one week ago and didn’t receive the welcome email yet, wait until you receive the email from TRI-AD to enroll.
- If you started more than one week ago and didn’t receive the welcome email yet, reach out to benefits@mossadams.com for help.
Are you on the VPN?
- You must be on the VPN to access the benefits website. Follow the instructions provided as part of your onboarding to access the VPN.
Are you logging in through Single Sign On (SSO)?
- You must access the benefits website through SSO by going to: Marvin > Fast Lane > MA Connect. On the left-hand menu, click on MA Benefits (at the very bottom of the Myself menu).
- You can’t enroll without using the SSO technology.
Did you complete the one-time registration and 2-factor authentication?
- New employees need to complete a one-time registration and 2-factor authentication before enrolling.
- If you can’t advance from this page, double-check your personal data in MA Connect to ensure your date of birth, social security number, and home zip code are correct.
- If a correction is needed, contact hr.operations@mossadams.com
Are your pop-up blockers turned off?
- Ensure your pop-up blockers are disabled. See screenshot below.
Are you using a compatible browser?
- We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- If using Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari, ensure you’re using the most current version.
- Additionally, you must have cookies, JavaScript, and stylesheets enabled.
