Contributing to a FSA? Your FSA election is based on the benefits year, and you must re-enroll each open enrollment.
Contributing to a HSA?
Your HSA election is based on the calendar year. During open enrollment, you will elect HSA contributions from 10/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.
