Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Moss Adams provides you with $50,000 of life insurance paid 100% by the firm. AD&D coverage of $50,000 is also provided at no cost to you. AD&D provides you with income if you’re seriously injured or provides income to your beneficiaries if you die as a result of an accident.

Combined Employee Life Insurance
For benefits effective October 1, you can purchase up to $1,000,000 of additional life insurance. Note that this is a combined benefit—when you enroll in life, you’re automatically enrolled for the same amount of AD&D insurance. The cost is taken from your paycheck on a post tax basis.
Combined Spouse or Domestic Partner Life Insurance
You can purchase life insurance for your spouse or domestic partner of up to 100% of your coverage amount or $100,000, whichever is less.
Combined Child Life Insurance
You can purchase life insurance for your dependent child of up to 100% of your coverage amount or $10,000, whichever is less.
Stand Alone AD&D Insurance
In addition to—or instead of—supplemental life insurance (which automatically includes an equal amount of AD&D coverage), you can purchase voluntary AD&D insurance: from $25,000 up to $300,000. You can purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner (up to 100% of your coverage amount), or eligible children (no more than 10% of your coverage amount).

Additional permanent life insurance through Allstate
Allstate group universal life insurance coverage allows you to purchase additional permanent life insurance coverage for you and your dependents.
- You can elect up to $150,000 in coverage for you and your spouse and purchase up to $20,000 in additional coverage for your children.
- The coverage is portable - you can take it with you if you leave Moss Adams.
