We know that back-to-school season is a source of significant stress for working parents. To help support you and your families, we’ve highlighted a few of our benefit vendors offering extra resources to gear up for the start of the school year.
Maven
Maven is a free resource for employees focused on pregnancy, early pediatrics, and returning to work after leave. Other childcare resources available through Maven include referral lists for local daycares and local nanny resource referral lists. Maven is available anytime during pregnancy and up to 12 months postpartum.
Mental Health Support
Employees and household members can confidentially address and resolve personal and workplace challenges through the Mental Health Support of Spring Health. You can use up to 10 free therapy sessions each calendar year with a Spring Health provider per employee and household member at no cost to you.
Spring Health offers coaching and counseling on all aspects of life, including:
- Relationship difficulties
- Emotional/psychological concerns
- Work or family stress and anxiety
- Alcohol and drug abuse
- Personal and life improvement
- Legal or financial topics
- Depression
- Childcare Eldercare issues
- Grief issues Legal / Financial Services
Employees and their households can receive assistance for a variety of concerns including childcare, eldercare, adoption, and other daily living issues, they may encounter. Here are some services offered:

Bright Horizons
Moss Adams subsidizes backup child and elder care through Bright Horizons. Each employee receives access to 10 visits per calendar year. Eligible new parents also has access to ten (10) back-up care days in addition to the regular back-up care program.
Care recipients can be any age—infants, toddlers, school-age children, adults, and elders—whether healthy, mildly ill, or those with special needs. Center-based care costs $15 per child per visit or $25 per family per visit. In-home care costs $25 per day.
You must enroll with Bright Horizons before taking advantage of this benefit. After registering, you can request center-based care or in-home care on the Bright Horizons site or by calling Bright Horizons.
Bright Horizons World at Home is a program designed by education experts to bring some of the very best learning from Bright Horizons centers right into the home. World at Home features videos and activities for each curriculum area, including yoga & mindfulness, STEM learning, language, story time, cooking, and more.

Headspace
Headspace is a mindfulness resource offered by Moss Adams as a free subscription to employees. Everyone in the firm has access to premium options in the app, including content on meditating with kids. Different meditation exercises are included for several age groups, and Headspace even partnered with Sesame Street to feature some of your favorite characters. Listen to a calming bedtime activity with Elmo or learn to focus with Grover!
